Welcome to a New Plant Based Life!

We want to prepare you for success over the next 28 days, and beyond, so this section is all about getting you properly setup. Our preparations will include the following steps:
  1. Consult Your Doctor: it is important to note we are not doctors and offer no medical advice. We have provided a printable sheet to take with you to help explain to your doctor what you will be doing so they can get on board with your dietary choices.
  2. Clean House: we want to get all the old junk food and animal products out of the refrigerator and pantry.
  3. Pick up a few needed appliances and kitchen supplies.
  4. Stock up on our core ingredients for items that are common in many of our recipes.
  5. Hit the grocery store for the Week 1 Shopping List. 
This may take a few days to get everything ready but this preparation now is going to serve you for the rest of your life so it is well worth investing the time, energy, and resources to get a proper start on your plant based journey.
