Eating a diet that is made from whole plant based ingredients (no animal products of any kind including no meat, dairy, cheese, yogurt, eggs, poultry, fish, or anything else that comes from an animal) with minimal processing (eating plants as they are grown) without added preservatives, fillers, artificial colors, etc, and then cooking these foods without the use of refined oil, or sugar and low in sodium.
This may initially sound overwhelming but we have found, after years of trial and error, there is an entirely new way to cook that allows us to achieve this health promoting diet while making foods that the entire family (and even friends and neighbors) can love and look forward to for each meal. We can even make beautiful comfort foods that provide that familiar food "warmth" without all the guilt and poor health normally associated with such foods.
We believe spreading the knowledge of how to live a fully plant based life is a fundamental piece of the greater puzzle for healing many of the self induced crisis we are facing as a species. From radically improving our personal health and wellbeing, to freedom from dependence on a health care system run amuck, to fundamentally changing the food production systems of the entire world, we believe this knowledge is the key so we are doing everything in our power to spread these truths in an easy to use and practical format. We created this community so we can have direct interaction with our entire audience all in one place. Social media notifications across multiple platforms can be unreliable and difficult to keep up with and two way interactions can be difficult to maintain with each viewer.
